Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
Chong Ching Yeng, chief commercial officer of Coliwoo, claims that the brand is thrilled to broaden its co-living profile throughout the metro fringe complying with the launching of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the need among students and functioning professionals for lasting yet flexible stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang flaunts comfort and convenience free from compromising on quality, specifically with its top location in the center of Pasir Panjang.”
The Pasir Panjang Road real estate extends 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the place of the Pasir Panjang Inn hotel, the team acquired the residential or commercial property uninhabited.
The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and approximately 1km starting with Curtin University. Placed for ease of access, it is a quick travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The location also supplies nearness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with maritime motifs, including light grey shades and dynamic aquatic blue color choice to show the beach associations of the place. All bedrooms are self-contained studio units with help services, consisting of a self-service mobile app, an onsite attendant and housekeeping.
Coliwoo has recently begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand, a co-living branch among the real estate management solutions group LHN Group, told in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang real estate for $30 million.
Coliwoo intends to open up extra co-living buildings in numerous places next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Road, Lavender Avenue and Arab Street.
