Loft apartment at The Crest up for auction at $2.65 mil

The eighth-floor model flaunts a loft approach and has a living and dining spot with a veranda, a cooking area, one en suite master bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. Based upon the caveats lodged, this is the 3rd time that the residential property has been offered. It was first marketed in 2018 for $2.43 million ($ 1,832 psf).

This is the 3rd instance the unit has been raised for public auction. The first was in January with a seeking value of $2.8 million ($ 2,115 psf).
